Twit posting as @Sweden pisses off rest of the world

What's that burning smell? Oh, just the smoldering wreckage of Sweden's Twitter account. Just a day after a New York Times story about the social experiment -- which passes the official @sweden account to a new citizen every seven days -- it's gone off the rails. "Sonja," the 27-year-old woman tweeting for the country this week, raised eyebrows yesterday with posts about abortion, Snow White's sex life and, um, Hitler's "beautiful name." Today, Sonja blew our eyebrows off our damn heads, though, with a string of anti-Semitic posts, starting with the observation "You can't even see if a person is a jew, unless you see their penises." Sweden, mortified and hopefully apologetic, will survive this. @Sweden may not.
