Twitter rallies to help tweep posting about suicide attempt

​The Internet often gets a bad rap -- for vitriolic comments, insulting blog posts, and a general lack of good manners. It turns out, though, that Twitter may have actually saved the life of one suicidal person. After tweeting "Yay! Get ready for a real-time suicide," a tweep identified as "infamousT" (whose self-description includes "louche libertarian," "arrogant, high maintenance cow," and "transsexual rock star") posted several disturbing follow-ups about a "fresh packet of pills." Followers, though, rallied to the cause, sharing messages of hope and inspiration (from "Stay strong" to "Last night u battled with demons and won").
