Two women stick it to anti-gay protesters, make out in front of them

10/24/2012

It's being called the Marseille Kiss. At a Marseille, France, protest against same-sex marriage and the right of same-sex couples to adopt, two straight women decided to launch their own protest against the protesters by making out right in front of them. (From the gaping mouths on the onlookers behind them, we bet some pearls were clutched in fear.) The two young women, identified only as 17-year-old Julia (right) and 19-year-old Auriane (left), explained to gay publication Têtu that the kiss was unplanned and a fitting way for them to show their support for the gay community.
