Watch typhoon manhandle poor minivan
10/1/2012Behold, man versus nature. Japanese typhoon Jelewat rained down on the southern island of Okinawa on Sunday, letting everything and everyone in its path know who was boss. Check out the video from Camp Kinser, captured partly by U.S. Marine Joseph M. Nolan, as powerful winds beat down on a defenseless minivan. At first it looks like the vehicle might only tip over, but then oh … wait, it's moving … it's sliding … bam! The poor car launches into a round of spiraling 360s, as voices in the background hoot and holler at its demise. Keep watching after that for other random footage of the storm heading toward Tokyo Sunday night. [Source]
