Tyson heads to Broadway with Spike Lee in his corner
6/4/2012When Mike Tyson brings his one-man show, "Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth," to Broadway in a few months, he'll do it under the supervision of Spike Lee. The big-name film director is set to team up with the former ear-biting boxer to step into the theatrical world's biggest ring. The collaboration will also include Broadway heavyweight Jimmy Nederlander Jr. The show "is more about Tyson's greatest misses than it is about his greatest hits," AP's Tim Dahlberg wrote in April when the show had a weeklong run in Las Vegas. Dahlberg also said it made him want to "run up on stage and give [Tyson] a big hug." Who knows? Maybe it'll be a knockout.
