Underage 'Hunger Games' star gets away with buying Scotch
4/29/2012Josh Hutcherson was caught leaving a grocery store with a bottle of tasty Macallan Scotch Whisky by a photographer, which would be unremarkable, except that he's 19. This means some poor star-struck cashier is probably going to get fired and the "Hunger Games" star could possibly be prosecuted (maximum punishment= 6 months in jail). Hutcherson has been quoted saying "the age to go to war is 18 ... so I think the drinking age should be 18 as well." It's being reported that Josh used a fake ID to get the sweet, sweet liquor, which costs $170 a bottle. Josh was wearing a baseball cap and shades, so it's possible the clerk didn't recognize the star. Or maybe he's got some Peeta-style age makeup on?
Do you agree the legal drinking age should be 18?
