Judgey jerk worker at Boston Market gets busted on 'Undercover Boss'
2/5/2013If you hate customers and are prone to judge them for ridiculous reasons, you probably shouldn't get a job in "customer service." At the very least, don't call them names to any colleague or co-worker who will listen. Ronnie, an employee at a Boston Market in Duluth, Ga., learned that the hard way after talking smack and eventurally getting fired during a now-viral episode of the CBS reality show "Undercover Boss." In its Feb. 1 clip, the grumpy worker (whose first name was not revealed) unknowingly told Boston Market's Chief Brand Officer Sara Bittorf, "I literally hate customers more than anything in the entire world." The rant cost Ronnie his position as "deli worker," earning him the new title of "first person on 'Undercover Boss' to be canned before millions of viewers."
