In this video, purportedly taken at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, these cool college kids are making the most of the frigid temperatures in the northern part of the state. With the mercury barely above zero, rain is freezing as soon as it hits the ground, creating slippery surfaces just waiting for an unsuspecting soul, or even a willing one. Everyone seems to be having fun, though — maybe because the miserable weather at least keeps the beer nice and cold.
