Kooky WWII reenactment redefines 'point and shoot'
7/25/2012Camera aficionado Devin Graham, aka devinsupertramp, has given new meaning to the phrase “point and shoot” with his camera-wielding WWII military campaign video. If this full-scale production looks like an ad gone haywire, that's because Canon donated all the pricy camera equipment including those bazooka-sized telephoto lenses, but apparently giving Graham editorial carte blanche. In addition to hiring explosives experts and make-up artists, Graham shipped in a cast of WWII reenactors and had that Panzer tank driven nine hours from its home in Colorado to the Utah set. But don’t be fooled, this is no home movie – Graham is a master of slick YouTube product placement videos – think Don Draper of the modern age. [Source]
