Video puts Colorado fire heartbreak on human level

The devastation wrought by the Waldo Canyon fire is staggering enough in statistical terms: More than 340 homes have been destroyed. But resident Nicole Frye brought it home in an intensely human way when she decided to video her evacuation from the Colorado Springs house she had lived in for 18 years. And, in spite of a few trolls who attacked her for putting the footage on YouTube and even questioned her sincerity, Frye's video is more than just personal history. "This is also how every one of my neighbors felt that day," she wrote.
