1/30/2013THE NOW video — If it's true that a photo is worth a thousand words, then the new short-video-themed Vine app must be worth a million. The app, which was launched by Twitter, has been spicing up the social media network with a myriad of six-second videos that look kind of like animated GIFs and are embedded right into tweets. We swooped up our favorite "vines" so far and even tried out the six-second technique on a few YouTube classics. We know there's been some controversy surrounding Vine's porn problem, so just mentioning that our picks are all PG-rated.
