Viral clip takes on Hollywood's portrayals of Africa

​A group of self-described "African men" are calling out Hollywood with a video in which they directly address American audiences about stereotypes of Africans while interspersing footage from movies that support their argument: African men are misrepresented as either being super-violent or as being victims. The video is on the one hand an empowering reaction to the infamous Kony video (as if they're saying, "Thanks for all the concern world! But don't forget there are considerate, capable people on the giant continent of Africa, not just warlords and embattled children!") And it's also pretty funny. We want to see this type of video from every continent out there. Looking at you Australia!
