11/5/2012Hey, remember that video you shared last week, the one with the high school football player doing that unbelievable flip over a defender? It was unbelievable for a reason: It was staged as part of an ad campaign for AT&T. Don't feel bad about falling for it, because we totally did, too (and so did 800,000 YouTube viewers), despite the now-obvious warning sign that there wasn't any info about who this kid was. It turns out, he's just an actor hired by ad agency BBDO. If anyone needs us, we'll be spending the rest of the day shouting "YOU'RE A FILTHY LIAR!" at the YouTube homepage. [Source]
