Latest WTF Russia video shows tanks crossing bathers' beach

Earlier this week, we brought you the strange sight of a fleet of tanks being moved by train through California. (Are we declaring war on Canada?) Today, we have proof that anything we  or anyone else – does, Russians can do in a way that’s ten times crazier (conservative estimate.) For example: Russian tanks aren’t moved by train convoy. They just roll right up the beach – less complicated that way, right? Sharp eyes have identified the beach in question as one in Kaliningrad, a Russian territory on the Baltic Sea – and say the location is used for military exercises. So the real question is: what were the civilians doing getting sun in a makeshift war zone?
