11/18/2012When CNN announced its new Washington deputy bureau chief on Friday, it seems the mega news agency left one little thing out: Virginia Moseley, whom CNN execs selected for the role, is married to one of President Obama’s deputy secretaries of state, Tom Nides. Not that being married to a top political official would necessaaarily affect one's job reporting on top political officials, right? I mean, we're sure she's dying to dig up unsavory info on the guys her husband mingles with, but the connection at least merits disclosure, right? That's the feeling of a group of Twitter users who've been angrily calling out the media giant for failing to acknowledge the connection, and it sure seems like they have a point. [Source]
