Whoever becomes the Czech Republic's next president will be the country's first candidate to ever be elected by popular vote. Just days before the election, the surprising third-place candidate is a man whose appearance is equally surprising: Vladimir Franz. The tattooed opera composer and artist has zero political experience and admits that he's clueless about economics. What he does know is that Czechs are "fed up with" the current political system, which he describes as "crap." The party-less Franz hadn't even considered running for office until 88,000 people signed a petition encouraging him to do so.
