Playing on a shopping cart in busy traffic doesn't look like much fun

In today's fix of Russian dash-cam strangeness, a video captures the suicidal tendencies of a young man and his shopping cart. At first it seems the guy sitting on the edge of the cart is merely changing lanes in busy traffic, which, in a country where horses meekly use the crosswalk by themselves, isn't that strange. It becomes apparent, however, that he's not really interested in the rules of the road as he spins around on the cart, glaring at the driver with the dash-cam before entering another lane backwards. Do we need to say don't try this at home?
