Watch the least competent street performer in Paris

​With the value of the Euro in the tank, Europeans are apparently dusting off some old skill sets, looking for loose change. How else would you explain this barely competent Parisian street performer? He can't hold a ball. He can't levitate. He can't dance, and worse, he can't stop any of it. We're also compelled to note the abnormally large size of his forehead, because you will too. Add it all up, and you have a lot of work for a show that's not bringing in a dime. If this man doesn't represent a flailing European economy, nothing does.
