Watch these girls go on an epic skateboard ride down a hill

​This video starts out innoculously enough, with two girls in cut-off shorts donning helmets and grabbing hands right before stepping on their skateboards. What viewers might not realize is that they're about to set off on an epic ride, achieving what seem to be incredible speeds while crouching tightly against their boards. Though some of the video's commenters, perhaps inevitably, noted that they had been expecting a crash -- which, at those speeds, and in that gear, would have been cataclysmic -- most saluted the girls' spirit and daring: "Guys, stop watching their butts and appreciate the skill," wrote one.
