The U.S. East Coast is really taking it on the chin this week. In addition to soaring temperatures and violent storms causing local havoc and sweaty discomfort, nationwide tech outages have hit the Amazon Cloud, Netflix, Pinterest, and Instagram. The AT&T National golf tournament has been delayed and spectators and volunteers shooed away due to safety concerns. This unholy summer weather doesn't seem to have affected people's collective sense of humor, however, demonstrated by this fake, absurdist weather forecast from the CBS affiliate in Richmond, Va., delivered by the heroically straight faced Mike Stone.
