'Star Wars' theme song flash mob takes over German square
10/18/2012The last time we saw a spontaneous musical performance this great, it was in that scene in "Love Actually" in which Andrew Lincoln (you know him — now he's famous as Sheriff Rick in "The Walking Dead") interrupted Keira Knightley's wedding with "All You Need Is Love." Here, the WDR Symphony Orchestra sets up shop in Wallraf Square in Cologne, Germany, for this performance of John Williams' theme song from "Star Wars," beginning with a solo trumpet player. By the time it's over, half the crowd is grinning — while the other half is busy recording it for You Tube.
