'Weed dating' makes you get your hands dirty for love

Nothing says romance like muddy hands, itchy legs, and beads of dripping perspiration. Perhaps that's why "weed dating" is catching on throughout the United States, where young farm enthusiasts in search of love are take a stab at finding it in the fields. The concept is a play on "speed dating," the more traditional setup where singles gather at a bar and rotate around a table, getting a few minutes to chat with each potential partner. Weed dating is the same except mates are paired in a farm field and spend their brief getting-to-know-you period working side by side in the dirt.  The idea is to help people with similar interests such as gardening, volunteer work, and environmental activism find each other. [Source]
