Well-hung horse gives new meaning to 'mounted officer'
4/5/2012A new spin on "man bites dog": horse mounts officer. At the Smithfield Horse Fair in Dublin on Sunday, an extremely well-endowed horse tried to have his way with a police officer tasked with the unfortunate assignment of checking the animal's electronic tag. The appropriately named Garda Mounted Support Unit team member was knocked to the ground at least once by his four-legged suitor (or five-legged, depending how you're counting) and tried to calm the horse, but the stallion wasn't taking "neigh" for an answer. The pictures tell the whole story better than we ever could. As does the video clip above.
How would you react if a horse tried to mount you?
