Lame whale watchers totally miss the whale right behind them
12/3/2012Seeing a whale breach is one of life’s most magical experiences, but unfortunately for these whale watchers forking out for the opportunity, they were looking the wrong way. But they may get another chance since an unprecedented six of the gargantuan 45-ton mammals have been spotted in these waters near Baltimore in County Cork, Ireland. Lifeboat crew member Youen Jacob snapped this Kodak moment of the behemoth from just 50 feet away. We feel bad for the nincompoops on the boat, but we're thankful to them for providing this hilarious tribute to human folly.
