Burger King wants you to spend your weekend eating Whoppers
12/4/2012The Whopper is 55 years old this year and to celebrate Burger King is peddling the burgers at the 1957-esque price of 55 cents from Thursday through Sunday. To take advantage of the deal, you'll need to pick up another, regular-price Whopper as well — perhaps one of two limited-editions anniversary varieties, the Wisconsin White Cheddar Whopper (with white cheese and smoked bacon) or the Angry Whopper (with habanero cheese and jalapenos). Here's hoping customers go with a friend rather than eating two at a time — we wouldn't want anybody to by outlived by the Whopper. [Source]
