Man who mocked disabled 10-year-old heading to jail

Remember this strong candidate for Worst Neighbor of the Year? William Bailey was caught on camera in October making fun of the way his 10-year-old disabled neighbor walks, and now his hurtful mocking has landed him in prison. A Canton, Ohio, judge gave Bailey the maximum sentence for disorderly conduct and aggravated menacing on Tuesday, which will put him behind bars for a month. Hope Holcomb, who has cerebral palsy, had become too scared to ride the school bus after seeing Bailey and his 9-year-old son cruelly mimicking her.
