Rand Paul's teen son arrested for being drunk and disorderly1/7/2013
If William Hilton Paul, the 19-year-old son of U.S. Sen. Rand Paul and grandson of former GOP presidential candidate Ron Paul, plans to follow his paternal predecessors into politics, he's getting a good start with his overcoming-a-feckless-youth storyline. The teen was arrested and charged with underage drinking, intoxication and disorderly conduct at North Carolina's Charlotte Douglas International Airport Saturday after getting off a flight from Kentucky, the state his dad represents in the Senate. Sen. Paul's office requested that the family "be afforded the privacy and respect they deserve in a situation such as this." Maybe young William should follow in the steps of his dad and grandpa and embrace the Tea Party instead of the beer party. [Source]
