Obama wins in swing state Wisconsin

Obama has been projected as the winner in Wisconsin, a coup since not only is Wisconsin a perpetual swing state and the home state of Romney VP pick Paul Ryan, but Gov. Scott Walker survived a recall election in June. While Wisconsin Republicans saw Walker's victory as a prelude to a Romney win, it appears that national issues and more tapered campaign spending for the presidential race in the state turned the tide.
