Woman fired because her boss said she was 'irresistible' to him

Melissa Nelson lost her job for being super-hot and, according to the Iowa Supreme Court, her employer was within his rights to fire her for being "irresistible." Nelson, a dental hygienist, had worked for Dr. James Knight for ten years before Knight started commenting on her clothing (saying "If she saw his pants bulging," she'd know it was too tight) and sending her texts.  When Knight's wife discovered the texts (including the one that asked about Nelson's orgasms), the couple consulted their pastor who advised them to fire Nelson "in order to protect their marriage." Nelson sued for discrimination; the court ruled that although her firing might not have been fair, it was legal. [Source]
