What’s the coolest photo you have of yourself? Sorry, this is cooler. This woman is holding her own heart in her hands. Posting the pic to Imgur, a friend of "Penny" explained that her buddy "is holding her own heart. She has survived cancer and crippling heart failure and never lost hope." Penny's friend added that doctors allowed Penny to take a happy snap of her heart following her transplant surgery, but wouldn't let her take it home as she requested. She did, however, get to keep the ashes after her old ticker was cremated. [Source]
