When it comes to risky marriage proposals, this one nearly crashed and burned. Watch as pilot Ryan Thompson flies his girlfriend over Chicago and fools her into believing his plane is malfunctioning. Bold, or cruel, he then tells his frightened passenger to read out the plane’s emergency procedures. As she reads through the instructions, she discovers that, far from the prospect of smashing to the ground, she is actually being asked for her hand in marriage.
