Woman gives neighbor the bird, teaches cockatoo to curse at her

Kathy Melker is angry at her husband's ex, which is pretty much part of the Second Wife Starter kit.  But Lynne Taylor isn't irking Melker on her own: she's allegedly trained her pet cockatoo, Willy, to chant "f**king wh*re" toward Melker. "It's directed exactly at me," Melker said.  "I've never been called [that] in my life." If that isn't weird enough, the two women (and their respective spouses) are next-door neighbors. Since Melker moved in with her husband Craig Fontaine last summer, they have called the police upwards of 30 times, on both Taylor and Willy, but the police have reportedly told them that the bird's R-rated squawks aren't covered by their restraining order. [Source]
