Woman sues matchmaking service for criminally bad date
6/21/2012You know a date went wrong when it ends in a lawsuit. Sure, expectations are high when you pay $7,000 to a matchmaking service to hook you up. McCarthy, of Lawrenceville, N.J., is suing her local branch of the Two of Us matchmaking agency for only arranging one doozy of a date in five months. She didn't ask for much — just a "quality" man, 58 to 67 years old with an active lifestyle, but instead she got a 73-year-old with, uh, issues.
