Woman tries to sell her baby for $4,000 via classified ad

What is wrong with people? A Dallas woman trying to sell her baby for $4,000 was only caught when the potential buyer got cold feet and called police. Cops showed at the woman's apartment and found the 4-month-old baby, who was listed for sale in a freaking classified ad, all alone in his crib. When the mother eventually returned, with an empty car seat in her Honda, she was arrested on charges of child endangerment. A neighbor said the woman was "very depressed, always alone sitting on the stairway" during her pregnancy, and her apartment manager said she was behind on rent.
