Wrong Lanzas confused with Newtown suspect on Facebook, Twitter

Adam Lanza, the alleged gunman who opened fire on children today at Sandy Hook Elementary was initially identified as Ryan Lanza of Newtown, Conn., which prompted a Newtown man named Ryan Lanza to post angrily on Facebook that he was NOT the killer. With the lightning-fast news cycle, Ryan Lanza's picture was shared 2,000-plus times on Facebook. It's not clear yet what his relation, if any, is to the shooter, who killed himself following the horrific attacks. On Twitter, another man named Ryan Lanza, who'd tweeted violent tweets in the past week, also denied being the shooter. That account now appears to be deleted.
