Construction workers at the World Trade Center have apparently been smoking reefer at the 1,776-foot-tall Freedom Tower, thanks to co-workers who smuggled pot in their lunch pails. The Port Authority busted three hard-hats for selling bud to colleagues yesterday after an investigation sparked when an agent smelled weed smoke emanating from a porta-potty (you couldn't make this up). The tool-belt tokers at the WTC aren't too popular lately: Last month the whole crew got in trouble for scribbling racist and sexist graffiti in those same portable toilets.
