Remember when you were a kid in the bleachers and you'd sneak down to the empty seats in the front row, hoping the ushers wouldn't catch you? Well, that's no problem at Yankee Stadium. So red-faced are the Yankees over the large unoccupied sections showing up on TV during the baseball playoffs that they're moving fans from the more remote, cheaper areas. Higher ticket prices in the new stadium are being blamed for chasing away regulars from the old Bronx "zoo," at least according to fan Charles Weimer. "There (used to be) guys in jersey-shirts, drinking $8 beers. They're gone, and I don't know if they're going to come back. Your $10 tickets are $50 now." [Source]
