You can build -- and maybe win -- a new Ford Mustang

New-car "configurators" -- the web-based tools that let you spec out and customize a new ride online -- are nothing new, but Ford is adding a neat trick to the 2013 Ford Mustang configurator: you could win the car you build. Ford will give away one each of the V6 Mustang, Mustang GT, Boss 302 and top-dog Shelby GT500 variants -- but before that happens users have to build their dream car online, win votes from fellow users and, ultimately, have their creation chosen by the team at the Blue Oval. Still, it's a small (and fun) price to pay for the chance to park up to 662 ponies in your garage, for free.
