We hope you're wearing sunscreen because here's the most compelling evidence we've ever seen of the damage the sun can do to skin. Pictured is a 69-year-old man, who drove a truck for 28 years — meaning that the left side of his face suffered considerably more exposure to sunlight. Dermatologists at Northwestern University ended up studying his case and publishing their findings in the New England Journal of Medicine, but the short version is exactly what you'd expect: If you want to keep this from happening to your skin, wear sunscreen and probably a hat.
