Chester Lee Ridens has made a name for himself being ugly. If you haven't stumbled upon his YouTube page, dubbed Ugly University, prepare yourself for a lighthearted assault of rage faces that will no doubt have you recoiling at first sight. But there's a point to Ridens displays: He wants help people accept themselves and encourage kindness toward others. "I want to promote that ugly people in general are good, productive people who were born with a look they can't really change," he told the Daily Dot. And despite his page's success, Ridens says he refuses any offers for ads, keeping things strictly about boosting other people. We're feeling more beautiful already.
