Britain reveals how it will defend against zombie apocalypse (kind of)
12/27/2012Americans aren't the only ones who want to know how their government is preparing for the inevitable zombie apocalypse. British citizens submitted a Freedom of Information request demanding their Ministry of Defence reveal how it would cope with terrifying undead hordes. "In the event of an apocalyptic incident (eg zombies) ... The Ministry of Defence's role in any such event would be to provide military support to the civil authorities, not take the lead," authorities responded. "Consequently, the Ministry of Defence holds no information on this matter." Translation: "When the zombies are clamoring for our brains, we'll just do as the prime minister tells us." [Source]
