Zookeepers rescue adorably tiny bunnies from dung heap
4/6/2012This precious little bunny -- so tiny he could comfortably nap in the palm of your hand -- spread early Easter cheer today to hundreds of users on Facebook and Twitter as they shared the adorable pic. According to the photographer, the teeny rabbit named Ruediger, who lives at a zoo in Muenster, Germany, overcame serious odds to become the ball of cuteness he is today: He was found abandoned in a pile of dung with his sister, Kaline, and taken in by friendly zookeepers. Even though he weighs just 2.5 ounces, the bunny is doing well and his size doesn't seem to be holding him back at all. If anything, it only increases his "awww" factor.
